The terms of this Privacy Policy covers your use of the www.wavemarket.com and any services along with corresponding websites provided by WaveMarket (collectively “Service” or “Services,” as applicable). The WaveMarket terms and conditions (that may also referred to as end user license agreement) for each Service that you obtain and this Privacy Policy (collectively “Agreement”) sets out the legally binding terms governing your use of such Services.
Information Collected By WaveMarket
WaveMarket provides a number of different location-based services. Due to the nature of location-based services, You acknowledge and expressly agree that You have no expectation of privacy when using the Services.
In addition to your location, WaveMarket will collect personal information that is necessary for WaveMarket to provide the Service and other user-submitted information that is not required but that you voluntarily submit. For example:

Information You Submit to WaveMarket
WaveMarket collects other information that you submit or post while utilizing any Service:
- For StreetHive and other applicable or similar Services, the information you may submit about your gender, your birth date, your occupation, your hobbies, photos, your user aliases, and any images, comments, text, information or any other content, including any personally identifiable information, that you post under such your account (i.e. aliases), will be visible to both other Members and the public.
- For Family Finder and other applicable or similar Services, you may create personal landmarks. Such landmarks will not be visible to the public but they will be used by WaveMarket to provide the Services.
- For certain services, you may submit your address book to utilize certain features of a given Service. Your address book will not be visible to the public but it will be used by WaveMarket to provide the Services.
- By participating in a Service, e-mail exchanges, bulletin boards or chat sessions, you may voluntarily disclose personally identifiable information to the public and you solely are responsible for such disclosure. Others may collect and use such information and you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties.
- For StreetHive (or any similar service,) You may submit email addresses of other persons you wish to invite to join your network for any given Service and WaveMarket stores and utilizes this information solely for that purpose of provisioning the Service.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
The information gathered may be shared with its affiliates. For example, WaveMarket may share with its affiliates any information provided by you, including but not limited to your name, e-mail address, usage patterns, and uploaded images, text, information and any other content. - To the extent a Service permits you to establish an account, Your Account Information is password-protected. We have reasonable physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect personal information about you, but these systems may not be completely secure from hackers, errors or interruptions in service.

WaveMarket may use cookies to collect, store and track information for statistical purposes in order to improve the products and services we provide and to manage our networks.
